Our Story
Gold Foundation
Is an international educational consultancy in strategic partnership with SINO-US universities. It was founded in 2018 by Dr. Nili Luo, an international early childhood educator, with educational experts from China, US, UK, Japan, and Finland. Its aim is to develop early childhood education in China and beyond

Ivy group
New Ivy
The Ivy Group was established in 2017 with the opening of New Ivy an international preschool for children from 2-6 years of age. Its vision was to provide high-standard early education for children based on international standards through developmentally appropriate practice and research-based curricula. It aims to create the next generation of talents that lead social progress with a Chinese soul and international vision.
Bright Start
Bright Start is the sister school to New Ivy, established in 2021. The aim was to provide quality care and development in an international developmentally appropriate environment for the youngest children (1-3 years of age).
Our vision
What we have created is not just a school, but an educational ecosystem. The education we engage in before the age of six is not only a foundation for primary school, but also a foundation for lifelong development. We believe that the essence of education is that one’s soul awakens another soul – so to teach children, we must first cultivate ourselves, improve our professional selves and then cultivate the children and grow their minds. We think of all the staff as teachers, so we need to set an example for our children in every little detail of the day.
We believe that every child is unique, is a genius in their own right; teachers should believe in the children’s abilities and try their best to help the children see their own talents. We insist on equal treatment of every child, in the praise and evaluation of the child. We do not compare the children’s abilities.
We focus on lifelong learning and think of our children as growth oriented. We always respect and trust our children, and when they show inappropriate behaviour, we don’t label them, but listen to the reasons behind it. We understand that happy children will learn and develop.
Research demonstrates that children learn best when they feel safe and secure and enjoy their education. We aim to provide a positive emotional and physical environment allowing children to reach their potential. We offer stimulating learning and development experiences based on international best practices, which motivate children to discover more about the world through active learning, developing their imagination, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Staffing
Our dedicated team of professional expatriate and local educators come from a wide variety of International backgrounds. All of our teachers are university graduates and have been trained in the provision of both teacher and student led educational experiences as well as the implementation of our Pre-Ivy Curriculum. They also partake in rigorous performance appraisal and continuous development of their teaching skills to remain at the highest international standard
Enrolment
Schedule and tuition
Half Days
Some families prefer to start their child on half days to allow them to settle into the new environment. this can be discussed with us so we can meet your child’s needs.
Full Days
Most children are full day students to allow them to benefit from the full curriculum.
Extended Days
Ivy offer a range of after school activities including child care after the school
day has finished
We welcome children into our 1-6’s programme based on their date of birth.
